The emphasis of this program is on connecting movement to breath by practicing vinyasa flow yoga classes. Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic form of yoga that can be slow or fast paced, ideal for increasing full body flexibility and elevating the heart rate.
Yin lovers, rest assured that I haven't forgotten you! We'll have 1 rest day each week where we'll do a yin yoga class, ideal for flexibility and relaxation.
Every day features a new yoga class from the Yoga with Kassandra YouTube library which you can stream or download. Discover videos you've never done before and take the guess work out of choosing a class!
Every day of the week focuses on a different theme to make sure you get the most from your time on the mat.
Here's the schedule:
- Sundays = Back
- Mondays = Full Body
- Tuesdays = Hips
- Wednesdays = Arms
- Thursdays = Legs
- Fridays = Core
- Saturdays = Rest (yin yoga)
