Hey yogis, I wanted to share some very special news with you, something I've been working on for a very long time..
In just a few short weeks I'll be launching my very own Online Yin Yoga Teacher Training!
I've worked so incredibly hard on this and to be perfectly honest I'm very nervous and scared to be launching it, but I'm also extremely excited!! This is something so many of you have been asking for a long time now.

I have a new flow on my channel.
This is a 20 minute vinyasa yoga practice to release tension in your upper body, great for all levels!
