MOBILISING THE THORACIC SPINE

A must-do prep for Upward Facing Dog and an effective and vital corrective for a hyper-kyphosis (hunchback) posture.  

Usually when we perform Upward Facing Dog, we tend to take the backbend where it comes easily – in our low back. This exercise will teach you how to isolate and target thoracic extension. You will love the opening and mobility it brings to this area of your spine. I bet it becomes a favourite that you include in your daily routine!
